Long Beach

Overview

The Oxbow terminal is located at Pier G, Port of Long Beach. This dock consists of six enclosed and environmentally sensitive petroleum coke and coal storage facilities. Pier G has a capacity of 585,000 tons and an annual throughput of over 4,000,000 tons. These facilities support the receipt, storage and vessel loading of coal and petroleum coke sold for export. A professional staff of direct employees and several third party support companies manages our operations.

Safety First

Oxbow's attention to safety, environmental standards and highly trained staff has helped us operate for more than a million hours without a Lost Time Accident. Pier G meets or exceeds all regulatory agency requirements.

Building Strong Communities

Oxbow is actively involved with outreach programs involving the Long Beach Boys and Girls Club, the YMCA, Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Long Beach Mayor’s Fund for Education.
